Amazing system. Easy to use and adjust
I am an Occupational Therapist. I have bought 6 sets of these for my home care therapists to use in treatment. The patients like them more than resistance bands so they can see their progress. They are very durable and easy to add and remove weights. Great product i will definitely buy again

Very versatile
These dumbbells are great! I have a very small space to work out in, so having 5 different weights of dumbbells was not an option. With these, you can start off with a little weight and increase as you get stronger. You can also switch them out for different purposes, if you want less weight for a certain exercise. They are easy to change out, it takes just a second to click the weight in place. They also have grooves in on the handle area so that you can maintain a good grip during sweaty workouts. I highly recommend this set.

If you donât want to take up a lot of room these are for you.Easy to add and take off weights. Itâs a little bit of a pain to change them during a workout but itâs worth not taking up the space of 3 different sets of dumbbells.

Once you see which button to push to add and subtract weight, they are easy to use.They donât take up a lot of space, they wonât roll around (which matters because weâre full-time RVers) and theyâre convenient for when I need them at 11 lbs for a video workout, or at 3lbs for a walk around the lake. Theyâre expensive, but theyâre worth it.
