Solid piece of equipment! Will last forever!
I got into Mark Wildman’s programs, so of course I had to get a heavy club. I chose this one because you can adjust it to different weights. I’m a beginner with club workouts so I wanted to start light and add on as I get stronger. Even just the handle part with no weights on it is plenty heavy for me right now. I also liked buying just one club instead of a set of different weights because I don’t have a lot of space in my home gym.
The handle has a nice weight to it and a good grippy textured surface (not too rough at all). The additional weights screw on very easily and smoothly. When I need to add them later it will be very easy to do so. The weight increments and size of this club are perfect for me. It came in a box with foam inserts for easy storage.
This is perfect for anyone getting into heavy club (club bell) workouts. Along with some Indian clubs (for mobility training) and a couple of kettlebells, it’s all I need at home to get a great workout.

Solid Straightforward Product
This is what it claims to be – it’s essentially just a nicely machined piece of solid heavy steel. Because this product is obviously coming from overseas I was initially concerned that the threads might be loose or the machining imprecise, but it’s overall well-made. The threads are coarse but hold the pieces together with just the correct amount of tension – no wiggling at all. I did see some reviews commenting on the aggressiveness of the knurling but I did not find that to be the case. While the knurling is prominent it’s also fairly even, smooth at the surface, and minimally abrasive- it’s far less aggressive than a standard powerlifting barbell. Based on older photo reviews left prior to my purchase I do think seller redesigned the product to reduce the aggressiveness of the knurling at some point.
The overall weigh of 17.5 lbs is more than enough. Even its lightest configuration of 6.5 lbs feels far heavier when you hold it in your hand.

Overall really impressed and pleased with this club for the price. Will be plenty for me as a relative beginner for quite some time. Knurling is far too aggressive in my opinion, so I wrapped with roadbike handlebar grip and now it’s pretty much perfect (with slight added thickness from the wrap as well). Threads easily and has no play or wobble. Nicely adjustable. Well balanced. The end pommel feels great as well. This will suit me (and my wife for that matter) very nicely. Recommened.

Cool piece of versatile equipment
I really like this club. To be honest, I really had no idea what to expect as I’d never seen one of these before, but my boyfriend and I are always interested in finding new, interesting workouts. I had looked up several videos after I ordered it and awaited its arrive, but I didn’t say anything to my boyfriend until it was delivered. He was really excited, as he’d seen videos years ago of the large, traditional clubs and wanted to try that kind of workout.
I do wish, however, that the club came with any instructions. I don’t always want to have to watch videos to learn, as I’m more of a reader.
The club can be disassembled to make various weights ranging from 6.5 to 17.5 lbs, which is really good because there’s no way I can do most of the exercises with 17.5 lbs, but my boyfriend can.
This is a very versatile piece of equipment. Not only can it be used for shoulders/arms in a swinging motion, it’s also appropriate as a weight for other core workouts. Because the middle sections are two lbs each, they can also be used separately in each hand – but they’re not knurled like the grip so could slip out of sweaty palms.
For the price, there’s a lot you can do with this device.
