Lightweight and works well!
Iâve purchased this weight bench for maneuverability. Itâs built fairly well and is sturdy. It does not slide around. Assembly was OK, it wasnât that hard, just need some patience. I like that it weighs very little. Itâs a good size for me. Iâm a petite person and I can see this weight bench accommodating average size people. People with a larger build may want a more heavy duty bench.

One Quirk
This bench has one quirk. You need to double check that it is actually locked in place when youâre setting the bench angle. It can catch a little off and dump you on the floor once you load weight on it.Thankfully, I wasnât lifting heavy when this happened.

Not a great bench!
Update:After a week i find this bench disappointing. Hard to hold your body when inclined. The fact that you have to adjust the plastic caps on the bases evrytime you move the bench even an inch. It was a waste of my money.I bought this bench for two reasons; the price and possibilities. Although it has more positions than my old one it is not as comfortable specially on the lowest rest position. The roller cushion is also too small to hold my feet together. I will give it a try but already dont have a good experience right out of the box.

Great Home Gym Addition
So take this review from your fairly average Joe. I’m not a gym rat by any means, but I have worked out for sports my entire life, but haven’t done much outside of cardio for a long time.I started buying some things to setup a small home gym/workout space for my family since my wife and daughter have also been wanting to do workouts. Out of all of the pieces of equipment we’ve bought, this has been one of the favorites. I used benches when working out constantly growing up, but never thought a lot about them. As long as they were padded and the back could raise that’s all that really mattered. I still mostly feel the same way today. I don’t do any crazy or special workouts that I need this to do anything that special.The padding feels good with a good amount of cushion to it and the back adjusts like most workout benches. This has let me add some different routines with my dumbbells and even made some of my stretches easier just by having something to prop my leg or foot up on.Overall, I really like this bench. It’s comfortable to sit on during exercises and has held up well so far.

Screws do not fit
The first one I bought did not have all of the parts required. I sent an email directly to the seller as provided on a postcard within the package. I did not receive any response. The second one that I bought did not have the appropriate type nuts to go onto the bolts. They had a stop to them which made the bench wobbly. I had to go to Home Depot to get nuts that could pass all the way through. A lot of extra work on my end for a bench that is otherwise OK.

The bench itself is too short
I have never given any thought to how long a bench is until we got this. It’s not bad for me, I am 5’3″, but for my husband who is 5’7″, if he has it laying flat and lays on it where your butt is in the fold, then his head is partially hanging off. Not comfortable at all for that during moves. Besides that everything is good.

Es funcional, pero se siente frágil, el vinil es muy delgado, esta muy alto el banco lo hace un poco inestable, no percate que no tenia almohadillas arriba para dar mayor soporte eso ya fue descuido mÃo, si lo buscan para abdominales mejor seria uno inclinado totalmente, pero es muy bueno para trabajo con pesas, pecho, la verdad funciona pero depende de la necesidades personales.
