Man! Iâve always rocked with Jeezy I wouldnât say I was a hardcore fan, but I was a teen in his starting era and yes he was everywhere! Mixtapes with DJ Drama, later on he was on major hits getting radio play, and I rocked with it! But learning this version of Jeezy?!!! Priceless lol.. no fr. I truly enjoyed this book, developed even more respect for him! I love underdog stories, and to an extent he was, but watching him mastermind, and overcome! I LUV IT (Jeezy Voice) I have so many highlights throughout this book to remind myself of how to overcome adversity, stay mentally strong, maintain my leadership etc when my trials arrive, and I appreciate it! MY PRICE IS MY PRICE!!!! I needed that, reminders of confidence, staying true to yourself, believing in yourself, accepting losing those you thought would be there forever, elevating life and making better connections wiser decisions, man! The book stood out to me, canât speak for anyone else.. but maybe it just ainât in ya (lol) just saying if itâs in you, you gotta believe! I could really go on and on, like I felt like we were connected (not weirdly) for different reasons, no I didnât live the same life, but I get the knock downs, thoughts of do I need to be here, anxiety, depression etc. JEEZY DA SNOWMAN has done it again!SN for those saying he didnât go into detail.. ya crazy or what?? Absolutely positively a GREAT read! When you pick up a book & the preface pulls you in, ya gotta keep on reading!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Young Jeezy & his first book, wonât be his last! The motivation is felt & received throughout each chapter, itâs like watching a series⦠one that you wanna binge watch!!! The price is reasonable so donât borrow it, ya gotta get ya own! Iâm just waiting to get mines autographed by him personallyâ & it will be soon, he said we gotta believe & I do!!!ðð½â¤ï¸ðªð½

I have been a fan of Jeezy since his album Thug Motivation 101 dropped. I was a freshman in high school. When he announced he was releasing a book, I immediately knew I would need a copy. Adversity For Sale exceeded my expectations; seriously, what can this man not do!? He spoke about many things, as it pertains to his career, however, his character and mindset to get get it out the mud by any means shined throughout. I believe anyone can read this book and take something positive from it. Itâs raw, realistic, motivating, and a downright beautiful display of vulnerability. Some of the stories, I was aware of from following his career but there was also shocking things I never knew.Jeezy manifested his success; he wasnât looking for a handout. He truly invested in himself 100% because he had the presence of mind to make it. And making âitâ looks different for everyone. For Jeezy, he was going to make legit money, be able to take care of his family, and show other people how to succeed. For me âitâ was getting out the hood. However, after reading this I realized that once you reach the one goal, you have to continue to want more. Donât settle. So many things resonated with me and my biggest takeaway was if you want something you gotta believe it and go get it. He gave two lessons:1. You have to take the time to reset, especially when youâre stressed.2. Success only comes from discipline, dedication, persistence, and commitment.On any given day, I find myself randomly quoting a Jeezy line but my favorite by far is, âsee me ima hustler, I do what the hustlers do.â Superb story!

I have loved Jeezy for years and years and years! …his music and his voice is like no other. He brought his music and story of his music career to life. I didn’t know a lot of what’s in this book and this was a great read. I will probably read it again, love you Jeezy!

I love Young Jeezy! Iâve been wanting to purchase read this book for quite some time. I finally purchased it, and recently started reading it. So far so good. I also appreciate the price I paid for this book I couldâve gotten it cheaper but unfortunately I missed that sale. Nevertheless, I anticipate this book to be even better once I have finished it. If you are a fan of Jeezy, itâs definitely worth reading.

Mind Blowing
Just to get and influential artist / celebrity perspective with real life experiences on overcoming adversity is mind blowing. The experiences shared are so truthful for a small town where there’s no growth and poverty is at an all time high.Any real follower of Jay knows the Gucci Vs Jeezy beef was real so for him to be a leader or bigger person on drawing the line, ending that beef, was monumental and I hope younger artists can take something from that and stop killing our own people.The setups Cuzzo put him through all because Jay was on a come up and had money wasn’t cool but it goes to show what family do to you when they’ve experienced generational poverty for so long. His own cousin took advantage of his loyalty and time after time Jay trusted his cousin when he ultimately had his doubts.Overall, I enjoyed the book. If he dropped a documentary following this book that would be epic.

Them âpeopleâ just write/Jeezy recollects/Hands-on Jeezy really counted them checksBut seriously, this book really shows the maturity of Jeezy. Book was well-written, and audio was well spoken (bonus points anytime when the author also audio reads the book). You donât even necessarily have to be a rap fan to read it, because quite-frankly books are about learning new information. But if you are a rap fan, youâll enjoy it even more. (In Jeezy voice) âI really lived it man, counted so much paper, itâll hurt your handâ.
