Love the pairing with the fidget popper
Arrived in the original box. Set includes flash cards, fidget popper and rings to hold the cards together. Cards were separated into two different packs. One pack has vertical flash cards with an area to write the word shown on the card. This pack has five different groups of cards, each group of cards are one certain color. These color groups are based on levels (1-5/preK-3rd). The second pack contains horizontal flashcards with four images starting/ending in specific letters. This pack is seperated into four different color groups based on difficulty levels (1-4). There is nine groups of cards in total. You will need to attach the corresponding (colored) rings to each group of cards. Rings are the generic plastic kind, they are flexible and easy to get through the group of cards. Once the plastic ring is closed they stay closed and do not pop open on their own. All cards are dual sided, durable, all have a glossy finish to them, corners are rounded off. Text is easy to read and images are nicely done. Can use a dry erase marker in the writing area, dry erase marker wipes away easily. Fidget popper is large in size and flexible. Has a slit to place the card (I got the cards prepared beforehand and took the ones being used off the plastic ring). Print on the popper is easy to read with the letters. Kinda wondering how the printed letters will hold up when it comes to the text fading over time. Hoping the letters do not rub off. “Bubbles” stay down without popping back up when pressed, this is something my kiddo gets frustrated with when it comes to poppers. Really like the pairing of the fidget popper with the cards and being able to press the letters. It’s difficult to find education based activities that my kiddo willingly engages with and genuinely enjoys (my mini me is on the spectrum). This is perfect because it’s still game based while covering education/learning with an additional sensory aspect at the same time. The concentration of looking for the letter then pressing has also worked great to help with regulation. My only complaint is the set not including something (like a drawstring bag) to keep everything together.

Lots of words
Well…..this set has lots of words which can be practiced in several ways. the “but” is that there are no instructions so it is totally up to the person to come up with activities and ways to use them. The cards are color coded by attributes but there is overlap so they can be categorized in other ways too. The cards are thick and sturdy, and the rings are included to customize your child’s pack. I think it’s a good selection of words for home practice. I’m not so sure how this would work in conjunction with classroom curricula so that the words would sync with the specific reading program. That would take some sorting and organizing. All around, a good set to have, the color coding is nice, the cards are sturdy.

Perfect for homeschooling!
As someone who wants to get their toddler reading ASAP, I have been on the hunt for learning aids that will help and encourage my daughter to learn. This card set comes with different difficulty levels so this can be used for those who are just learning to read and even children who have are further along in their learning to read journey. The pop it mat also adds a sensory aspect to learning to read and definitely helps encourage my daughter to keep going. I appreciate that the pop it is just the alphabet and not all of the words put together as some other sight word sets are.

Fun learning
I really like the quality of these cards and Iâm very happy with this purchase! I think they are a great starter pack for new readers and the poppet can be a little distracting but is a fun addition. I give it five stars because itâs a great way to engage your child with reading and writing and it doesnât feel overwhelming.

Good for reinforcement or ELL
The popper gets kids started. The sight words are dry erase capable. I did not actually go through all 220 words but I believe all the Dolch words are there. The sight words are probably the most useful part: multi sensory. The phonics cards are great for assessment and I appreciate most of the sentences. Helpful for small groups and one on one. We use these for my preschooler and ELL/ESL kids. The value is ok considering the cards are durable and you can use dry erase markers on them. And it’s nicely completeSide note: it does not all fit back in the box with the rings on the cards. Sad day for so many cards!
