This is the first I am giving a review for a product and I hope this will help someone looking to buy this product.I was diagnose with osteoporosis this year (2020) and was prescribed with 6 monthly injection of Prolia – hence when I saw the add for Algae cal I bought straight away as I don’t want to have this injection. When my order arrived I took 1 tablet straightaway after lunch. I feel the difference on my body with one tablet – I feel lethargic (feeling very very tired). Took another tablet after dinner – and I felt I need to go to bed early and find myself struggling to get out of bed the next morning. I still took them for 3 days and I got worse and worse. I stopped taking them now and my body went back to normal. I sleep and wake up as normal. So I guess this tablet is the culprit. I hope I can get refund when I return them. I bought 3 Algae cal and 3 Stronium.
