Good basic inexpensive yoga mat
This is a great yoga mat to get started with. It is a good size and thick enough to provide some padding between you and the floor. I actually bought this because I wanted to cut a piece of it off to use as extra padding for my knees on top of my regular yoga mat. I didn’t want to cut up anything fancy with patterns or pretty designs, and wanted I something economical. This fit the bill perfectly! If you’ve never tried yoga, this is an inexpensive option to give it a try. It’s great for pilates and other exercises too. We will use the leftover part as something to add a little cushioning for our old dog when he jumps out of the vehicle to give him a softer landing.

Great For The Price – One Problem
This would have been a Five Star review purchase for me; however, there was a problem.
Pros: Great value. This is a good mat for the price. I like the dark grey color. This is the perfect value mat for working out at home. The size is good for me.
Please Note: Again, this is a “value mat.” It is not a thick one hundred dollar yoga mat.
Problem: As you can see from the pictures, there was a tear in the mat. The product was wrapped in plastic. The plastic was not punctured. The box was in perfect condition. The mat was shipped torn. I needed the mat for the following morning. I unrolled it to air it out overnight. I used it in the morning. I’m keeping the mat because I need it and the price was right.
The tear is not a big deal; but, we all want to receive our purchases in perfect condition. Without the tear, this mat is a Five Star.
