It has everything I wanted and even some extras, the quality is solid and though the instructions were a bit difficult to follow with a couple buddies helping it tools us 7 hrs to carry it all down to a basement and assemble it completely, would recommend

There are so many options on this machine. The safety of the cable system makes lifting heavier weights not such a challenge. The machine comes with easy to use features and weâre very pleased with this purchase.

Quality material, but one big flaw
Have had this for about a week. the instructions are horrendous, good luck putting it together, you pretty much are doing it yourself with some random pics and no descriptions. but the material is definitely solid, with quality parts.the biggest flaw is the range of motion on the duel pulley system is very small and you can’t do half of ht exercises advertised. if you pull both of them, you can only move each one about a 2 feet which eliminates and sort of fly, cross over, bench exercise….everything else seems to working pretty good, will update if I ever hear back from customer service about the range…

It is very sturdy and smooth. All pieces was delivered in one crate and wrapped individually. Took about 4 hours to put together.

Took me about 6 hours to put together so far it works like a charm. Will need to lubricate the back slides they drag a bit. Machine is heavy doesnât rattle. Will update after a month of use.
