Great replacement rope for my sonic boom jump rope. If youâre about 6 foot tall you will need longer rope. This one happens to be cut exactly perfect for me at 5â7â would work for a little taller as well. Easily can be cut for shorter people.

I purchased this type of jumprope years ago and it came with an extra wire but unfortunately, the plastic wore off and the wire within was exposed. I liked being able to purchase this in bulk. Excellent for speed roping and lasted me a couple of years each before the plastic wore off.

i hate running and jogging but enjoy skipping. i keep track of all my skipping and my time. they last about 10 000 skips on concrete before they where through to the point its no longer a speed rope and just doesnt feel right and need to be replaced.
