Effective!
It has started to improve my digestive system. I am not one to give credit when there is none due, but for what I have been going through, this really works. The price is right, I do not leave my house without taking one first thing in the morning. I also put one in my wallet just in case. 🙂

I just started out (my 2nd day). My gut has been giving me problems for months. I’ve been craving sugary things and drinking a lot of caffeine (as always). I will crave sugar and eat sugary things in the middle of the night cuz I don’t sleep very well. I’m a little constipated from the pain meds I take. So yeah, my diet and gut are pretty messed up. I started eating blueberries and was surprised how much I like those! I have gone through 15 lbs in the last month! They have seemed to help a little. BUT, these probiotic pills! 2 days and I feel as though I’m going to blow up! I have never had gas like this before. I guess that’s normal so I’m going to give it a chance and I’ll be back to update.
