Please do not raise the price! There’s a whole bunch of brands with good vitamin C, BUT! Expensive!, this vitamin C is not only wonderful but it is also not expensive! Love it! My doctor approved it and found it very complete full of good ingredients not just vitamin C. Love it!!!

I searched for this product after I found out (vitamin C)ascorbic acid is made from corn!! Ugh â¦. The caps are easy to swallow and whole organic supplement

Iâm slowly trying to get involved with vitamins, but Iâm sticking with the most common ones and one of them being vitamin c. Iâve tried gummies before, but I donât feel they do much work. I find it great that Amazon is incorporating vitamins in their products.The downside to these pills is that itâs a lot of vitamin c, but more so that thereâs also some additional âvitaminsâ in the pill also. This is where it gets blurry because it says the âsuperfoodsâ are â900mgâ, but it doesnât say how much of what. For example, it says âcoffee arabicaâ and âaloe Veraâ, but it doesnât say how much of it is in the pill, just a solid â900mgâ amount. Itâs a good product for those looking into having vitamin c, but to those that are taking multiple vitamins with different additives (like this product), itâs risky. Iâm sure Amazon could do better with the nutrition facts.

I really enjoy taking about a gram (1000 mg) of Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) as a daily supplement. For me it seems to help ward off colds plus keep me healthier as I age. This is a Vitamin C 500mg capsule with no added sugar or flavorings. The capsules do have other healthy probiotics and natural antioxidants which I loved because these are “Whole Food Sourced” and Organic. The label does not say where the ascorbic acid and other compounds are sourced from but does say “Blended and Packaged in the USA”. That gives me a secure feeling that this is a product to trust. I am willing to pay a premium for that.I won’t risk taking foreign sourced drugs generally as I have read too many horror stories of adulteration with BAD stuff. The ingredients may be sourced from outside the USA however. That would drop a half star but since there are no halves, I’ll default to 5. This bottle comes double sealed and the capsule size is seen in my pictures. They can be opened and the powder mixed in a smoothie or whatever I pick. Just mixed into water this has a faint ascorbic acid taste but was fairly plain otherwise.I do note that these have a recommended Serving Size of 2 capsules a day for a 1000mg dosing. That means the bottle will go only one month since it contains 60 caps which reduces the value at the current cost. Supplements such as this are best taken with a meal I believe as that improves absorption.As always check with your Healthcare Provider whenever beginning a new Supplement/Nutraceutical/or OTC Drug as there are many possible drug interactions that need to be considered.I Recommend these Amazon Elements Store Whole Food Vitamin C, 60 capsules.
