More like a Calcium Vitamin D supplement
What I like about the product:- love that product is organic and non-gmo- Whole food sourced vitamins and minerals- not only contains calcium and magnesium, but also vitamin D3, iron, K2, and other minerals- goes down easy (tablet is smooth)- could be taken one at a time, could also easily break tablets in half if you have trouble swallowing- does not taste like anything and doesnt have any aftertastewhat’s not to like:- in my opinion the product is too low in magnesium to be advertised as a magnesium supplement (only 17% if take all 3 tablets) It’s more like a calcium ,Vitamin D, Vitamin K supplement- have to take 3 large tablets for 1 serving making this bottle a 30 day supply- carrageenan concern: this is sourced from red algae which is where carrageenan comes from, so not sure if it contains any, but just a thought that crossed my mind.- In my opinion, I’d rather them do away with any unnecessary “added/other ingredients” (contains sweeteners for coating)But overall I do like the product!

Whole Food Supplement
This is a good supplement at a good price. For the reviewers on here who have pointed it out, right- it doesn’t contain much magnesium. However, we need to take magnesium separately from calcium. They compete for absorption, and calcium always wins. This supplement was likely formulated this way so the magnesium may help the calcium to be absorbed. You can take magnesium in a separate supplement, preferably two hours apart from calcium.

MANY broken pills
Iâve never had so many broken pills in a bottle of supplements. Not a big deal, because the amount of calcium doesnât have to be precise. But still⦠Iâve already taken a lot of the broken ones but thought Iâd take a picture of the remaining onesâ¦..

All the essentials for bone maintenance/bone strength/bone building at a bargain price
This is a formula that come very close to matching bone formulas that other companies charge a significantly higher price for. Even 3 or 4 times as much. I’m banking on the quality and completeness of Amazon’s formula because I need to counter bone loss at the best possible price without sacrificing anything essential. The marine sources for all of these essentials for bone building/stopping bone loss are contained here including a brand name (Aquamin) calcium from Icelandic red algae. Impressive for the price.

Great combination
I have many issues with my bones and joints and aches and pains, where I buy some of these ingredients and take them separately I was thrilled to find the combination so very much meets my needs. I only have to take this one product and get all the benefits I was looking for but save much more money and have less pills to take. These are actually a little easier to swallow than some other supplements, maybe thinner. Bottom line, this is my 2nd bottle and I put it on auto refill.

Hard to swallow
I figured id take chance on these. I usually take something else but these had great reviews and the price was right. They seem to be working bc my blood work has been coming back great.My ONLY con about these is that they are HARD and HUGE and HARD to swallow. Im used to a capsule and these are like a chalky rock. But they work so hey… Ill suck it up.
