detox bath
Once in a while I do an energetic detox bath. 1 part baking soda, 1 part epsom salt, 1 part sea salt. I don’t measure I just dump them in a small bowl. Add a few drops of essential oil as needed or wanted, and dump it all in a hot tub to soak and cleanse away woes and troubles down the drain. It’s good for your skin and muscles but these things can be energetically helpful as well on a spiritual level. I hope this helps someone! Take care!

Epsom salt is wonderful in the bath!
I have this in subscribe and save because itâs wonderful to take an Epsom salt bath! I had a rash on my arm, probably from a new detergent but I had read online that Epsom salt would dry up a rash. It definitely helped! Itâs always wonderful to have and This is a wonderful price too
