So far so Good!! I take it for aches and knee soreness, and ankle aches, and eyes. I tell you I can feel the difference, less swelling and less aches. Also, no Fish burps!! Nope, no fish burps!! It’s not chewy gummy gel it’s more of a soft gel. I like that better actually! I recommend! Try it! It is comparable to over the counter fish gummies.
