I bought this to help my when I found my nailshad becomesoft and peeling I always had good nails, strong and not prone to breaking. Turns out I had a thyroid problem. It’s now been treated but my nails have not returned totheir previous condition. Someone recommended biotin to help my nails get stronger amd backto good health, I’m sorry to say the biotin did not help,my nails at all. When my current supply is finished Iwon’t be buying more.You may have better luck than I did.
