Weights are great to use during my low impact aerobics class. You can add or take away as many weights as you want. The Velcro on these weights is very strong and wonât disappoint. They fit as tight as you wish. Use them daily!

Adjusting the Weights is Horrific
The product in general seems to be of high quality and will suit my needs. But adjusting for different weights is terrible. I wanted to start out light and so removing three weights would start me off at 2 lbs. per ankle. It took me about half an hour to remove a total of 6 weights. I can’t imagine how difficult it will be to add weights back in. The sand pouches are made of thin polyester, and I had to be very careful not to rip them as I struggled to remove them. I should have done my homework and looked at some of the other buying options that were similar in price with around the same ratings. I now see that some of the other choices have a much more user-friendly weight removal system. Lesson learned!
