I was on the fence with a weighted vest for so long because there are a million out there and itâs hard to pick one. I finally settled on this one because it looked âcute-ishâ and had lots of colors. Not great criteria I know, but I am who I am.I got the 15lb and I have to say itâs heavier than I had imagined it would be.Pros: Comfy, cute, good quality, padding feels good, the buckles are nice and secure too. It takes my regular walks up a notch. Great for body weight exercises too!Cons: there is a pocket in the back that seems pretty useless because I canât reach it when the vest is on. Not sure if that is a con, but if you thought you were gonna store something in there to access on your walk, youâd probably have to take the vest off to get the item out. Maybe I have t-Rex arms, but thereâs no way I can fully reach in there with the vest on.I wear a size small 4-6, 32D, and it fits snuggly enough. I have not ran in it, but it feels like it might move around a tiny bit if I was to.

I have a nice vest with metal plates of same total weight, but it hurts the traps, squeezes the chest, and feels like it weighs twice as much as it does. It is miserable. But this vest fits comfortably around the shoulders, distributes the weight nicely, doesn’t hurt the traps, and feels lighter (somehow) than you would expect. If you are getting into rucking, this is what you are looking for. I have the 30 lb version and it is probably best for males with large or larger shirt size. The 30lb will be too big and not fit well or wear correctly for a smaller person, that is, most females, and some males with smaller frames. The 20 lb vest fits my wife perfectly.

I have osteoporosis and meds, exercise, and Ca supplement are not working to increase bone density in my back so thought I would see if this would work. I’m wearing it daily on my long walks and will get another bone density in a year. I love it so far. It is super comfortable. And10 lbs. feels like it might be enough to make a difference. I think that 15 would be too much for me at this point. I bought blue womens 10lb and I am 5’7″ and130lb- sorta pear shape. fits great. No bouncing around, no rubbing points.

Got 20 lb one. It is much better than a 20# weighted vest and fits a 200 lb man fine. Good for walking even up hills. Good weight distribution, easy to ware. The pocket in back is only useful for a companion.
