Love the toothbrush so far. Love the U V lights to kill the germs and any bacteria on the toothbrush along with the different modes such as deep clean, whitening, massage etc.The only issue I had was with Amazon. The UV light was out when I got the device and just wanted a replacement bulb. Called Amazon on what to do and I stayed on hold for 10 minutes being transferred to 3 different people that I had to struggle to understand only to have them tell me that there was nothing they could do except have me return the whole package, reimburse me, and I purchase the item again. Instead I contacted customer service at Aquasonic and they sent me a replacement unit the next day. I just asked for a bulb but THEY went above and beyond. They will have a repeat customer.

Had a Phillips Sonic that died after almost 15 years. This toothbrush is an excellent replacement especially for the price. Very well packaged. Like that you have several different options for brushing your teeth and there are so many replacement heads. It is much lighter than the Phillips toothbrush so hoping it lasts as long. My Aquasonic Black Series Pro arrived this past Tuesday, It looks awesome: nice, sleek design and shipped with eight (yes, 8!) replacement brush heads. I love that it has five modes of brushing intensity for you choose from. But the best part is that upon its arrival, I watched a few YouTube videos about the Aquasonic, and the claim was made that on a full charge, it will last 21 days. So the full charge began last Wednesday morning. Five days late, it has not been necessary for me to recharge the toothbrush. I’ll update how long it lasts without a charge, but I fully believe it will last the full three weeks. Thank you, Aquasonic!

Does the job as expected.From when i bought it to this day, I haven’t had the need to charge it again, so the battery last for a long time.you have three setting too choose from and once a setting is chosen it will automatically start on the last setting you used.The toothbrush will automatically switch off after 2 ,minutes of use. There are 4, 30 sec timers that are used while brushing your teeth so you can move to a different section of the mouth.It also has a UV light to help properly clean the brush once you have used it (it will remain switched on for 10 min).In the package you have also a travelling case to use when travelling which also has the UV light
