I do not have grey hair, and since the product description says this system works great with 0% – 30% grey hair, after extensive research (extremely careful about any supplements I might incorporate into my routine), I decided that it would be a smart thing to get a lot of years ahead of the process of grey hair growth.It takes time for results to to be noticed with supplements and hair serums, and consistency is always extremely important. This is a 30 day supply, and I already purchased my second month supply. I noticed some results during the fourth week of taking the supplements and using the serum. I emphasize that I have continued to be consistent with my routine, as I am with my vitamins. I also use the serum daily. I have healthy hair that is long, but I noticed even shinier hair that is even more full than it was! I did not have any grey hair when I started this system, and I still do not (would not be good if all of a sudden I started seeing greys, LOL! Thankfully that is not the case). I canât advise on the effect it has on slowing grey hair growth yet, as I have none, and am using this as a preventative method. I am seeing positive results, in my hair health and shine. I will update here if anything changes.

Hasn’t been effective
Followed the directions for this supplement but did not notice a difference in my hair pigment. The directions suggest using it for at least 90 days but I would anticipate seeing at least some improvement in order to justify the price of continuing the treatment. I’ve found using a root coloring spray to far more effective and I don’t have to worry about taking any more pills.

Promising ingredients
For the supplement, you take two capsules a day. It’s high in methylated B12 and copper, both of which I’m deficient in and maybe contributing to my early Gray. So I’m hoping that it helps. I haven’t had any adverse effects so far. This serum is nice, it doesn’t leave my hair crunchy or greasy.

Easy to take and use!
Iâve only had these products for a week and wanted to write a review about the ease of taking and using both products. The supplements are not big, have no real smell, and are easy to take. Time will tell how well it works but the most important part for me was that they arenât a pain to take, which this passes with flying colors. The serum is also easy to use and not at all greasy. My hair does feel more moisturized as a result and Iâm excited to see the results on the few greys that have recently popped up due to age and stress!

I just started using this product, so I don’t have proof of it working the way it is advertised. However, I did have my hair color done the same week I started using this product and my roots do not need a touch-up yet. It has been almost a month since taking the pills and using the serum and there have been no negative side effects.
