I really wanted to like this one as it does seem to have fairly accurate readings HOWEVER… when taking the readings it gets extremely tight on the arm. Literally turned my hand blue for a good 5 seconds. No volume controls so my whole house knows my readings. Pros:-Compact design w/storage bag-Screen size is big and easy to read-No set up needed, easy to use-Can be used with batteries or plug in charger (not included)

Unit seems to be good. Fairly consistent. Have not had a chance to compare accuracy with professional units. Battery that came with unit don’t last long. Had to replace pretty quickly. There is no mention in instructions on power cords. But I did figure out it uses a 5v ph charger and micro usb cord. Unit appears to be solid. Was warned in another review not to drop unit. Is very quiet. Hardly audible.
