I would give this 5 stars but I do not like the oil, it makes me and my boyfriend very itchy. The lotion is awesome! Wish they sold the lotion by itself. I also bought it for my 82yr old grandmother and she loves it. She has chronic pain.

The spray leaves a weird residue behind and feels like my feet are sweaty, when I apply it. That lasts all night and i have felt anything different. the lotion smells awesome and it feels like it nourishes my skin. Not sure about any other health benefits, other than the lotion workig well on the skin
