This particular Asakuki diffuser from the 2 I bought became unable to close completely ð¤·ð½ââï¸no matter what I do. Also I guess because of the steam it started to peel around the rim of the lid. The weird thing itâs that the other one doesnât have that problem. It still works but itâs annoying. ð¤¦ð»ââï¸Update 8/15/2024I received a free replacement for the diffuser that wasnât closing and it works perfectly fine. Thank you Asakuki for the great costumer service!

Vapor would not stay on more than 2 seconds.
I set this thing up and turned it on, but the vapor only stayed on for about 2 seconds before it would shut off automatically. I think the automatic water level detector was faulty. This item was not easily returnable. My Amazon shopping app made me try troubleshooting and wanted me to take photos and talk to the seller, rather than allowing for a return.
