Excellent kit for the price.
I purchased this kit after visiting my local drug store and saw that a glucose monitoring kit was close to $80. The kit arrived quickly and after several weeks of use here is my thoughts:Pros:1. Screaming deal-the kit contained digital reader, test strips, and carrying case for almost 75% less than the drug store. 2. Very easy to set up the digital reader and very easy to use (good instructions for first time users). 3. Compact kit that is easy to carry.Cons:1. Sometimes there is a little variance in the readings. 2. Need to have a good sized drop of blood for accurate reading.Overall I would recommend this digital reader for an individual that want to monitor their blood sugar.

AUVON DS-W Blood Sugar Test Kit works perfectly. I like this product so much, it’s so easy to use, because the instructions are very clear. It’s pretty accurate in comparison to my old one, and comes with a good supply of testing strips and lancets. The lancing device is also very good and easy to use. I haven’t had any problem, so far.This Blood Sugar test kit has a pretty good price and works just as fine as the more expensive ones.When I was looking for this kind of product I read a lot, and it was very impressive to me that the Auvon DS-W Blood Sugar exceeds ISO Standards, certifying values within ±10% range which is much closer to the real glucose value that I might have at the moment of the test, which helps me to keep my sugar under control.I’m very happy with this kit. Bargain accuracy
This product seems quite a bargain for all the supplies that are part of the package. I used the Easy touch before but the test strips cost more than this whole kit. The lance is the best of all the lance’s that I have used. Has good power to pierce the skin, really cuts down on the number of bad sticks. The monitor does not recharge most replace the battery. The monitor is easy to use and seems accurate when compared to my other meter. It may not have all the functions that other meters have but I use to double check with other meter.

And finally, the VA where I usually get my labs done to monitor all this are currently not performing lab work for veterans with the pandemic an issue right now. I bought this product for my glucose problem, and I loved it, it is very simple to use, and very fast in terms of giving you the result, another thing that seemed phenomenal to me is that when buying the strips its price is super accessible, I do not want to mention brands, but I used to have a glucometer from a well-known brand, and when I wanted to buy the strips I realized that the 50 strips cost 50 dlls, that’s when I decided to look for a glucometer that was more accessible to my pocket, I found this one and I loved it, The 150 strips cost me 23 dlls, very accessible and practical, I highly recommend this product.

Nice unit but is not accurate at all. It is off by way over what the federal regulations allow.
The unit works well and is fast but the readings you get are over 30 to 40 units off from what other meters read and what lab results show. I was getting readings of 141 on multiple samples on multiple strips which were new and within date range and I tested against other meters (freestyle, accucheck, contour, ..etc) all of them read around 107 to 105 for the same drop of blood. I went to the lab right after testing and got my blood work done and the reading was 106. Thus this unit is reading around 35 units off. That is over a 34% error when they say it is the most accurate meter on the market and the FDA requires it to be at most 15% off. I reached out to the company and they gave me the basic things that could be wrong like the test strips have expired (its a new unit and the test strips have an expiration date of 5/17/2021) Basically giving me the run around. Poor customer service and very bad product that should be shutdown or investigated by the FDA
