Herbs in these vitamins create digestive problems
I have been taking Garden of Life for years, trusting that it truly is Whole Foods. Lately my friends, family and I are having problems with them. I started reading the ingredients closer. Not sure how long this ingredient list has been this way. As I started taking apart the list and looking up side effects, many of them cause digestive issues which we are all getting, not just me. I wouldnât consider Holy Basil food, itâs more of an herb. The other vitamins they sell have Black Cohosh which causes bleeding. Emblic and Sesbania causes diarrhea. They too are not food but herbs. And many herbs are more medicinal which shouldnât be eaten every day.
