I got this cuz i have some problems with my liver and they say this is good for it but now they are saying its not lol I wish these doctor people would make up their minds they are saying that it has the wrong kind of fatty acids for liver heath it does seem to help with digesting issues this is one of those damned if you do damned if you don’t Things you want it Buy it not too harsh tasting little expensive but it last a while

I love this flaxseed oil for seasoning my cookware. It works great in particular for my baking steel, which I usually use at 550° F. Highly recommend, but get the smaller size unless you think youâre going to use a lot of it. It will spoil if it sits too long.
