Very good book. Good job author and the illustrator.
I saw a hard copy while walking around in B&N. Bought a kindle edition and read end-to-end in less than an hour.It has many inspiring reminders of gold principles and quotes to keep in mind.Most of the stuff I had seen elsewhere. It is just a nice collection from the authors perspective.It also gave me a fresh perspective on what is a book. A book in this case is just a one way broadcast or blog from the author of things he holds important.Kid is like 3000 words tweet.Another way to connect with humanity or similar minded folks.This book will resonate with people who already believe in most of the values outlined in this book.I did come across a few new things.Another good thing about this book is that it is already distilled. I do not have to read 10000 words to derive 1 or 2 useful and new things for me.Again, Good Job John Cena and Valeria.

Simplicity at its Best . . .
I am reading “Be A Work In Progress” slowly because too much, too fast loses the point of the book. So while I’m only about half way through, I am recommending this book now to my friends. Some days I read 2 to 3 pages. Some days, only 1 page because something resonates and I need to think about the words I have read. It’s beauty is in its simplicity. I hate convoluted sentences. John’s way of expressing his thoughts are straight-forward, direct and always kind. The illustrations are unique and well done. I would have avoided so much yellow. It is not always easy to read yellow printing. Black always works. That being said, however, the words printed on the page are more important than how they are printed on the page. A work in progress is basically life on planet earth. The thoughts expressed in this book encourage progress with mindfulness.

This was a cute book for a few dollars. It has lots of inspirational quotes and thoughts. It’s just a quote or inspiration per page. When I ordered I expected it to be an actual reading book but it turned out cute I’m just glad I didn’t pay a lot for it.
