Very easy to put together!
While the box that Amazon had this in was extremely damaged (they had the bike box in a big box with no additional packing material so the inside box just banged around and damaged the outside box) the bike was in tact and extremely easy to put together. I’ve only used it one time thus far, but it was quiet and my coworkers couldn’t hear it when on a conference call.

Looks cheap but rides great
This is much better than a more expensive desk bike I purchased. I’m 5’9″ and can stretch my legs nicely which avoids knee pain. It is surprisingly stable for such a light bike. The smart app is a must for me since I want to easily track my calories. The manual says the weight limit is 220 lbs but I weigh almost 250 lbs and don’t have a problem so far. This seat is more comfortable that the other desk bike but still gets uncomfortable after 30 minutes (probably my weight makes this worse). Since the seat looks like a regular bicycle seat, I will try my bike shorts which have padding. It is awesome overall!Suggestions for the manufacturer:1. don’t disconnect the bluetooth when peddling slowly. When I’m in a video meeting, I like to peddle slower and would like the tracking to keep working.2. offer an upgraded model with larger lit display, magnetic resistance for quieter operation

Very stable & quiet
Easy to put together, very stable and comfortable. I am 5â8 and found seat height comfortable. Easy pedaling. Only issue clearly due to how it is packed was the LCD display was broken and hanging. It is functional and Iâll just tape it. Not going to ship back a heavy item just for that issue. Product is great quality just need to re work how that piece is packaged.

So easy to get those 30 minutes a day in while working and/or watching tv. Love love love this item. Super easy to put together and use. Love the collapsible feature which means it does not take up a lot of space in my office when not in use. Worth the money for my health!

Not whisper quiet/loud clanking noise
Overall, I really loved this bike and have used it for about a year now while at my desk working a phone job. Unfortunately, around the year mark, the bike started to make loud clanking and squeaking noises coming from inside the machine. I tried to unscrew it and grease the interior mechanics but did not make a difference. I am unsure why the noise is occurring and have not been able to use the machine as I had hoped during work hours, as you can hear the clanking and squeaking noises while on the phone. Was wonderful while it lasted, I just wished it lasted much longer and am bummed I can’t use it as I intended. Hope this helps!

Terrible Seat
I really enjoy having the bike at my desk. Works good, but after about 15-20 mins, my butt goes numb. I wish the seat was more comfortable. Considering returning it because of that.Update- I did return it. My butt and legs going numb was very uncomfortable.

This is for light exercise only. It cannot completely replace your real bicycle or the one in the basement. You literally can be on the thing for 2 hrs and still going. It is a bit too high for my desk so you might need to stack up your monitor and mouse to use this as your chair.

I write this review while using the bike at my sit/stand desk:Exceptional customer service. I had some difficulties making the order, but Ergonomyx was easy to contact and they were able to address it promptly.The bike itself is well designed and built, and I have enjoyed using it for the few days since receiving it. It is nice to be able to add a bit more physical activity to my generally sedentary work day. I only have two complaints about it. The first, as other reviews have stated, is that the Bluetooth does not work, so I have been unable to connect the bike to their app. The second is that the seat is a little uncomfortable when used for extended periods of time, although I may get used to that (anyone that rides bikes knows that the first couple rides of the season can be a little hard on the butt). If I don’t get used to it, I will just add a seat cover. Overall, I would say the bike is a great purchase, and a welcome addition to my office.One additional note: I did not realize until after I received the bike that Ergonomyx is based out of Vancouver, Canada. I would have been a lot less hesitant to order had I known that originally (I’m sure many of us have had experiences with questionable sellers).
