I like this Berberine bc of the addition of Ceylon Cinnamon, Turmeric, Milk Thistle& Bitter Melon all things Iâve read that are great for Digestion & help with weight loss. So far, so good. I think it takes time for your body to adjust to this and also for the effects to be noticeable. Although I do notice better digestive health and energy.

I gave 4 stars because the pills are not huge and difficult to swallow. They do not leave a bad after taste. I didn’t have any negative side effects, but I also did not have any noticeable results. For the price I paid for them I can’t complain. I know that everyone’s body and results are different.

Foul smelling and tasting – bottle has gone rancid
This product is defective. I previously purchased this product BEFORE it was DELISTED on Amazon. It seemed to work well and was fine before. The capsules had a strong scent of the cinnamon that was in it and had no taste on the outer shell when taking them. However, this new batch that they’ve relisted is NOT the same or at least the bottle that I received has gone foul! It has a sour spoiled smell to it, and if you try to take them orally you will receive a bitter foul taste on the outer shell of the capsules. Supplement capsules should have no flavor at all on the outside shell, but these have a terrible bitter smell and taste on the outside of it. I’m not one to complain about the smell and taste of vitamins/supplements if I know they’re supposed to taste a certain way. However, these I KNOW are not supposed to taste or smell this way. Especially since I’ve taken the same supplement blend of other brands, and even the same brand with the same ingredients and it didn’t taste like this. Stay away from this product. You can’t even request a refund or return on it.
