My best advice is to use a combination of all four …
I’ve been taking Bao Shi for a little over a year now along with nettle extract and pumpkin seed oil which are also considered to be natural DHT blockers. I initially took four Bao Shi tablets a day but then cut it back to two after about four months to economize my usage. I had a very noticeable crown area bald spot on the top of my head which is now completely gone. My hair also feels much thicker and fuller. I don’t know if Bao Shi did the job by itself of if it was in combination of the other supplements, but I am positive that there has been a tremendous improvement. I should also mention that I started using minoxidil about six months ago but was seeing improvements prior to starting. My best advice is to use a combination of all four which isn’t very expensive.
Where the supplements and monoxidil did not work were on my receding temple areas although there may have been a slight improvement. I also didn’t see any reduction in grey as one of the other Amazon reviewers noted.

Iâve used this product for years to regrow lost hair and fill in my beard. This product is ideal for men who want that extra layer of hair they donât have (also helps beard and eyebrows) but who donât want to take medication.

My sister in law told me about this product. Her chestnut brown hair stayed amazingly intact for her 84 years. Definitely has slowed my graying, hair grows fast, but itâs not jet black as in my youth. Hopefully the ingredients are ok, but itâs probably better than using hair coloring- some studies show itâs been linked to lymphoma.
