More accurate than wrist cuffs
I had a blood pressure monitor that used a wrist cuff. I could never get accurate readings. My doctor recommended I get a blood pressure monitor that had an arm cuff. These work great and don’t have any accuracy issues. I highly recommend them over a wrist cuff monitor.

Excellent Customer Service
Bought this unit because it included a wide cuff option. The unit is easy to use. There was a small issue with the unit after two months; however, customer service responded to my inquiry quickly and is replacing the unit at no extra cost. Overall, very please with the unit and the response of customer service.

Bigger arm cuff actually works !
So iam a heavy woman 250 lbs and I have big arms so anytime I would measure my b/p with a normal cuff it would be bloody murder and my numbers would be way to high then I got this one with this cuff and it does squeeze but not to much and I can tell my readings are normal

Machine did not work for me, but customer service was great.
I have owned this machine since May 2024, and officially started using it in June. When the machine works, it is great. However, the issue I keep having with this machine is that it over-tightens to the extreme on numerous occasions leaving constricting marks and slight bruising. This was not an issue within the first month, but it has been occurring more and more over the last few weeks (at least twice a week).
I just used the machine 7/17/2024 on two separate occasions and it has over-tightened on my left and right arm. It can be frustrating as I use this machine to monitor my blood pressure and balance it with the medication I take. Perhaps the machine is defective, but we shall see when the business responds.

As of this writing the company has reached out to me and been more than helpful. They issued me a full refund even though the product was past the return date. Based on my feedback and our conversation, they plan to forward the information to their quality and control department. Because they were so forthcoming and helpful I have updated the review from one star to 3 star.

Defective machine
The machine has the potential to be great. I just purchased and opened a brand new pack of Duracell Batteries. I inputted them into the machine. The first screen shows battery full. Once the inflator begins, it stops and shows that the battery is empty. Iâve tried with the battery and the machine being plugged in and the same thing happens. Iâve even taken the batteries out and just left it plugged in and it wonât even turn on. I am assuming that the machine is defective. Once I got the machine, it did not come with batteries. It has the potential to be great. I chose this machine because of the reviews, how it stores readings, and the different size cuffs. I am very disappointed in the performance. I am a person that requires multiple checks per day, so I wanted something reliable, accurate and good. I am not a happy Customer. I am not sure how to reach out to Customer Service for this product. I would like to see if there is a remedy.
