Fit my wrist
The cuff is still a little too big for my wrists.

Easy to use blood pressure cuff.
To monitor my blood pressure when I practice my physical therapy exercises. Sometimes it gets really low. It is easy to grab and use if I think Iâm having a problem.

The directions do say how to turn off the talking voice, but it’s not easy to find.
The directions do say how to turn off the talking voice, but it’s not easy to find. This blood pressure monitor works well and it does give correct readings, but you must follow the directions exactly, namely, be sure to put the device on your left wrist, not your right…. I have another BP monitor device that says the right wrist works just as well, but with this brand, that’s not the case…. I got incorrect readings every time I tried it on my right wrist. Hold wrist with device at heart level, resting elbow on table or similar, sit up straight, legs uncrossed, feet flat on the floor. Always take a reading 3 times to be sure you’re getting accurate numbers… they should all be very close together and any single reading should not be very far off from the other two. Take deep breaths to lower your blood pressure, and be resting or sitting for 10 minutes before measuring. That’s how I understand it.

Decent for tracking trends
Wrist blood pressure monitors tend to not be very accurate compared to arm ones, but it can give you an idea of if you are going up or down. This one gave me similar results to my arm monitor and is easy to use but I saw some deviation/inaccuracies.

Error after error
The pump is very slow and usually comes back as an error. Hopefully itâs just a defective pump. It reads error 8 times out of 10 on different people. Going to toss it in the trash. Waisted $30 on this product.

Wrist Cuff Monitor
This wrist cuff monitor is easy to use, provides quick results, and works well. Be sure to measure your wrist before purchasing this unit as the cuff has a reach of up to 7.7″. Any larger of a wrist and the Velcro attachment won’t secure the unit and render it useless to you. Charging only took a few hours (via USB-C), cable included but a brick/adapter is not included, and it was ready to go. Secure the unit around your wrist (the cuff has a pre-bent shape to it, allowing for easy one-handed securing around your wrist), ensure you are seated and have the unit at heart level (sit at a table and rest your arm on the table when taking the measurement), then press the button. In a matter of seconds you will have your pressure and heart rate. You can opt to leave the voice setting on (a good option for those who cannot read the LED screen well) and it will read out both instructions and the resultant readings but I found it annoying so thankfully you can turn that feature off. A solid plastic clamshell case is included for handy storage. This is a nice, simple blood pressure and heart rate monitor to use, no stethoscopes required, which you can use singlehandedly, making monitoring your pressure an easy task.
