I received this recently and immediately tried it out. Assembly was very easy, and using it was straightforward. Results are also consistent with those measured at the doctorâs office and using a more expensive unit at home. Appears to be well worth the moneyâ¦

Nice machine
I love how this machine can store up to 99 readings per 2 people. That makes it so much easier to show my doctor. Has read accurate right out of the box, carrying bag is handy for on the go.

The shipping was fast and package was great. The BP machine works well. The only complaint is that it came with the wrong type of USB charger. Not a big deal. Overall, I am satisfied.

Very accurate (checked), large screen, easy to read, easy to use
I bought this to monitor my blood pressure. I checked the accuracy with two other portable BP monitors, a mercury sphygmomanometer and a handheld pump BP cuff. ALL read the same within 2-4 mmHg.
This is easy to use with easy-to-follow instructions. Just slide the cuff onto your arm above the antecubital space (elbow crease) and make sure the arrow and tubing are facing your hand. Fitting the cuff is easily done with the opposite hand due to its Velcro-like (hook and loop) attachment.
Push the start button and it will quickly pump up above your actual blood pressure, then slowly release the air.
Once it is finished it reads your results with large LED numbers. It also has a memory button to review past BP readings. It may feel like it is going to squeeze too hard, but it doesn’t, and is necessary to get an accurate BP reading.
In my opinion this is a sturdy, durable blood test monitoring device. My unit is every bit as accurate as those you have seen in physician’s offices. I highly recommend.

I set this up as per the instructions then tried to get a reading but it just gives an error message. I tried new batteries and the setup again but still just get the error message. I called the company as the instructions said to do and after a fairly short wait got the rudest customer service person I have ever dealt with. In the end I have sent it back to Amazon and thankfully Amazon makes this quite painless.
