I am having trouble getting a good reading with the wrist monitor. I have large wrists and I think the wrap is not tight enough. I have gotten a couple good readings but continue to get extremely high readings also. I will continue trying it for a couple more days then return it if I don’t get better results.

It works well however itâs suppose to be chargeable, where you can plug it into the wall so it doesnât use as much battery, but mine doesnât charge? Is the description wrong or did I get a faulty product? I have to change the batteries every week. This item stopped working after six weeks, I need a new one! Iâm a Home Care nurse and need this for my job

Excellent display and appears to be accurate.
What I don’t like: The arm band is huge, fits a circumference of 22″ It wraps twice around my arm to fit. An older monitor I have fits a circumference of 16″ and is easier to put on. A nice bag is included for the monitor. However, the ‘Start/Stop” push button is very easy to inadvertently turn on, and waste battery power, while putting the monitor away (though power will automatically turn off after 2 minutes). Recessing the button or requiring a two second push would help. This is powered by 4 AAA batteries or a plug in USB-C (5 volts). At a minimum, I prefer AA’s for longevity. Better still, an on-board rechargeable battery with USB-C charging.What I like: The display is really excellent compared to my older monochrome LCD monitor. This provides more info and is presented in an easy to digest manner, unlike my previous monitor that displayed all manner of error codes I had to look up in the instructions (okay, I wrote the more common ones on the bottom of the unit with a felt tip).Oh great! . . . I just found out the old reasonable sized arm band has a pneumatic tube with the same size end fitting as this new one, swapped them so I no longer feel like a mouse putting on an elephant’s sneakers.
