I was pleasantly surprised when I received my order… I have been searching for one and wanted to get a digital one. It is easy to use and setup. It does come with a pamphlet of instructions if needed. It has some memory options. It has the color coded features on the screen (red, yellow and green) as a visual with the actual reading. It does speak to you and has you follow instructions, you also have the option to turn it off.I think the voice is cute and it wished me good health 🥰

Reads the numbers out loud to you!! Normal sized cuff for adult! Accurate numbers!
I find the numbers given with the “Blood Pressure Monitor Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitors for Home Use with Adjustable 8.7″-16.5″ Blood Pressure Cuff, Backlit LCD Screen, 2×99 Memory, Talking Function(Black)” by the GUAEVER Store to be fairly consistent with my name brand BP monitor.Love that this monitor voices what to do “Please keep silent”, “Relax”, “Keep the cuff at heart level” AND it reads off the final numbers to you. For those with poor eyesight this is awesome! It also helps if you need to write down the numbers to take to the Dr’s office.I have taken my BP and pulse with this monitor and compared it to my O—n BP monitor. nearly a dozen times. Most often the numbers were within 1-3 points for the BP and always within 1 point for the pulse if they were not the same. The exceptions were mostly when I’d been busy and hadn’t been sitting quietly for 10-20 minutes before checking so my BP was still falling. Even so, the largest difference was 5 points, which as I recall is within range for different monitors (you’d need to compare with your own Dr’s office to know what is comparable to their monitor, which of course, you should do with any monitor). I appreciate if there is an Error in the reading the whole screen turns red … you can’t miss it.This adult blood pressure cuff is the same size as my O—n adult blood pressure cuff (22-42cm) both in what is written on the cuffs and lining them up one on top of another. Circumference of your arm does matter as I discovered a while back when I was having health issues and as a 50-something-year-old required a child’s cuff. So be sure to measure your needs. But this cuff is an appropriate range.The numbers are great, and that is the most important part. That being said, the quality of material is not as good as the O—n. I can’t compare durability or how long this monitor/cuff lasts compared to the O—n, but as long as the numbers are accurate, I am happy with it.I saw one reviewer said the device quit working after the batteries were replaced. So, I intentionally took all the batteries out, left it for a while and replaced them. Same consistency as before. No issues with mine.The unit comes with the monitor, a 22-42cm adult cuff with approx. 24-inch tubing, 4-batteries, 12-inch cable and a 21-page fold out user manual. Made in China.

Fairly Accurate, Pretty Easy to Figure Out, Lots of Info
I find myself really rather impressed with this blood pressure machine! First off, my main question with it was going to be- does it measure accurately, or at least fairly accurately? (Blood pressure readings are very important to me that it be accurate because I do check mine regularly and have keep an eye on it…) And the answer is: yes, this does seem to be fairly accurate! Any blood pressure machine I’ve tried the results vary on, but I do have a large hospital grade one I use normally, I compared this little machines results to my usual cuff and this cuff was very close to my expensive high grade cuff reading. It did fall just a few points low on both systolic (upper number) and diastolic (lower number), the diastolic seemed more accurate, the systolic for me was more differing, but not by a lot. I tried this a number of times, and it was pretty consistent, enough that I would feel comfortable using this at least as an initial check on my bp just to get an idea of whether I’m running higher than usual or lower, or right on point. If it failed on accurate readings, that would be it, I would have nothing more to say about this cuff beyond that. I’m so pleased it passed that test for me.Now onto the finer details about this cuff. The instructions, are extensive and overwhelming. I’m going to just sum up a few basics about this to get you started: 1. take the pressure on your left arm ideally, and line the tubing up at the bottom with the center of your inside elbow. 2. When you press the start/stop button it immediately starts filling with air, so have your arm in already. 3. This is a talking b.p. cuff but you can turn the talking off if you want. The voice is female and pleasant, I find her funny. I love that at the very end of giving me the summary she wishes me “Good Health.” So great! 4. You can save 2 users in this, to change the user before you measure, long hold the set button until the user 1 flashes then push the memory button and it will change to user 2 , push the start/stop button to turn off and then when you get your arm in and press the start/stop button to start the measurement, you should be in the user 2 mode (so that you don’t get your measurements mixed up with user 1.) 3. in the settings you can change the date, time (which seems to only be in 24-hour mode, so not AM and PM, not a big deal, just be aware if you really care about having the time setting accurate.) The year starts at 2024 and if you change it and have to scroll through to fix it you will have to go through 2099 but then it goes back to 2024. Note: for the time and for the year you can long hold that “Mem” button to scroll through the numbers fast , it is tedious to push it one by one through… 4. Pushing the Mem button, she first gives you your average of your whole history, but then as you press the mem button, the screen changes to the reading before, and then the reading before that and so on. I think if you need the other user before you press the “mem” button you will need to change to user 2 under the “Set” button. 5. AND THIS IS AN IMPORTANT COMMENT!!! This comes with a set of 4 batteries to run on. It also comes with a very short USB cord WITH NO EXPLANATION AT ALL for the purpose of this USB cord, anywhere that I could spot in the instructions. So, I experimented with it- I thought perhaps I could transfer the record of readings to my computer with this cord, but you cannot. So, then I thought perhaps this is an alternate powering source if you don’t have batteries, you can just plug it into your laptop, and that is exactly what it is!! If you take out the batteries, and then plug this cord into your laptop the blood pressure cuff works. That is a super option to have!!! The cord though is VERY short, which usually to me means that they don’t’ want you plugging this into an outlet and using it at the same time. I would just stick to plugging this into my laptop as needed and not try anything else.As to what I love about this cuff that I’ve not mentioned yet, the small size is fabulous. Easy to pack for travelling with you if you want. It also measures your pulse, and it has an icon that is supposed to flash if it senses any irregularities in your heartbeats. The memory function reportedly will keep 99 measurements, and the “averaging” feature is a nice little bonus. It is fairly easy to figure out by just pushing buttons (I hate reading through instructions, haha!) I think this is a great product, I’m so much more excited about it than I thought I would be!!! Fabulous!!!
