Easy to Take Supplement
With any supplement, it’s always hard to tell if it is working, not working, or doing its job. Usually, the best you can expect is that you will not feel worse after taking the supplement.So too is the case with this blood sugar supplement. The bottle says it will help to support blood sugar levels already in the normal range. So, what exactly is it supposed to do? Not sure. But the capsules are a nice size and they are easy to take. You can’t go wrong with the vitamins and minerals listed — all are known to have positive health effects. The remaining items are unique and interesting — e.g. banana leaf, bitter melon, cinnamon, juniper berry and more. They are interesting additions, and I certainly don’t feel any worse after taking the supplement for a couple weeks. they are organic and non-GMO. They are “formulated in the USA” but not sure where they are made.I guess I’ll have to wait until my next blood test to see if there are any changes to my blood chemistry. In the meantime, if you are a “supplement person” I doubt that these will do you any harm; and the cost is in the medium price range. You decide.

These pills are filled with various herbs and vitamins. They are non-GMO and organic. They contain a lot of biotin, which should help strengthen your nails and hair. It is too early to tell if they lower blood sugar.
