Definitely Feeling More Energized!
Iâve been feeling super tired and sluggish lately, so I decided to give this Vitamin B complex a shot. After taking it for a few weeks, I can honestly say Iâm feeling way more awake and productive throughout the day. Itâs really helped me stay focused and less drainedâjust what I needed!
One thing to mention: donât freak out if your pee turns bright yellow! Thatâs just the extra vitamin B2 (riboflavin) your body doesnât need getting flushed out, and itâs totally normal.

THIS IS IT!
Most days I am so out of it. Sleepy, tired, very low energy. One day while going through my box of vitamins, I realized that I didn’t have any B complex. I was taking some before with less than stellar results. I saw this at the top of the list and the reviews were good. It came in the morning and I took one just after breakfast. Maybe 15 minutes later, it hits me! Seriously! It HITS me!! I feel like an electric current is running through my body! I have (had) a constant pain (stiffness) behind my right knee which makes bending really difficult. The current that was going through me took the stiffness away! I could bend my knee all the way back. I I was able to ride my exercise bike for 20 minutes with no aches or pains. This is the next morning and I feel up and not groggy. If day two is anything like day one, I’m gonna order a case of this! Amazing stuff!!

this is easier to swallow that I feared: it’s manageable and the timed release is more effective than immediate release for these water soluble vitamins. more bang for your buck!

Alot of improvement
I just ordered my second bottle. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight and my hair has suffered. I don’t see new growth yet but I can say the shedding has slowed down. My energy is through the roof, however. I ran it by my doctor who told me to try it, it won’t hurt. I suggest taking in the morning. There is a vitamin taste (remember those vitamins as a kid?) But they go down easily and if you swallow fast, you can almost eliminate that taste. Will continue to use this as the positive certainly outweighs the small negative.
