We really enjoyed this puzzle. So colorful and so much fun. All the pieces were there. None were damaged. the pieces were also pretty thick and the printing was lovely. The included photo of the puzzle was essential for the completion. The only reason we didn’t give it a full 5 stars is because it wasn’t a 100% interlocking puzzle and it was often difficult to determine if we have a piece that fit – even if the design seemed to suggest it would. We found that if we turned two pieces over, we could tell by looking at the way they fit together if they really were a match. We would love to buy more of these. Buffalo appears to be a good puzzle maker – much better than some of the other puzzles being sold on Amazon – even though the others are interlocking, they are not as good quality in terms of the print, the finish, lacking a separate image to use and made from very thin pieces (which probably explains the lack of depth for the image.) Buy this puzzle and enjoy it. Don’t let the complications of fitting together pieces be a barrier (just look at the backs for a match). Buffalo puzzles are excellent. Uses recycled paper. Offers missing pieces service. And made in the USA.

Missing piece
I was skeptical about buying this puzzle bc a lot of reviews said they had missing pieces. I got it anyway and ended up still having one missing piece. Overall good puzzle, some tricky areas. If I find the missing piece I will update you guys. Only 4 stars bc of the missing piece.

Beautiful Puzzle…Challenging & Fun!
No issues, with 2 Buffalo puzzles. I guess, I got lucky, based on a lot of the negative reviews on missing pieces. Yes, some of the pieces appear to fit where they’re not supposed to, but that’s what makes this brand of puzzles more challenging. There’s no excuse for missing pieces, but how does a Company know for certain whether Buyers aren’t just taking snapshots of their puzzles without pieces. If there’s truly 1000 pieces to each puzzle, and all of them are supposed to fit, how does one prove it. The Seller can’t be expected to refund everyone who decides to play that game. You take your chances with products like this, and hope for the best. Still, Buffalo produces some of the best puzzles on the market.

Harder than average, which was good
Parts of the photo (e.g. rocks) made it harder to figure out. About the only complaint is that the die used to cut the pieces could use a little more variety. Can get several pieces put together that seem to fit fine only to find out later that some of them actually fit somewhere else. Worked out in the end however probably not for someone that wants to get through a puzzle fast.

Firstly, this was a very relaxing puzzle to complete – not too hard, not too easy. Steady progress made it a nice pastime. Sadly there was a piece missing upon completion. I purchased this one given the promise of missing piece support… but actually they will not send you a missing piece. You might be able to get a replacement puzzle but I don’t expect this will work for those living outside the US and the puzzles they are offering does not include this one. Google Buffalo missing piece support for more info. So this ended up being a bit disappointing.
