Great Value
Still working on how to best get this in me as a carnivore. Tried adding it to melted butter and it was not awful. Added to water it clumps and you have to gulp up down like that. Might get the gel caps and try that. I need it so I will find a way and it works and is a good price.

The after photo taken on June 12th shows 26 inches long (almost 27 inches long). Technically, hair should only grow a 1/2 inch per month or about 6 inches per year.Right now, it is almost 27 inches (another after photo will be shown in a separate post because I want to wait until July-August to see how much more it will grow).I hope this post was helpful.BUY THIS Product, you will not be disappointed and WILL BE amazed how much more energy you’ll have. Orotates are supposed to penetrate cell membranes, which should make this extremely effective for delivering calcium to the whole body. I’m mixing this form of calcium with Calcium Pyruvate (also from BS). Getting the proportions right is a bit tricky though, since this gives 10% Daily Value of calcium for a serving of 1/4 tsp., while Calcium Pyruvate gives 30% Daily Value of calcium for a serving of scant 1/2 tsp. I’m basically just mixing 50/50 and taking just once a day, and will just have to rely on food sources for whatever extra amount of calcium is needed. Food sources are good anyway, since there are “chaperones” (try searching 1999 Nobel Prize awarded to Guenter Blobel) in food sources that carry calcium where it’s supposed to go in the body; you don’t need too much extra calcium going just anywhere! I have noticed that I have a little extra energy lately, possibly related to the Calcium Pyruvate? … and fingernails are growing well, always a good sign for me. This form is very powdery, but will mix with water using a little battery operated coffee whipper. UPDATE: I have never had fingernails as strong as mine have become over the past few months. I’ve re-ordered this and Calcium Pyruvate. I mix the two kinds of calcium and put into capsules, take 1 or 2 capsules right before bedtime. I’ve been taking a mixture of Magnesium Aspartate, Orotate, and Malate in the mornings. Occasionally take a Boron capsule, occasionally take some bamboo powder for silicon. It works.

Had been suffering with symptoms of Costochondritis for quite some time. Major pain and soreness in rib area, including the sides. I tried everything for many months, and nothing helped. Finally read about this in some medical studies and decided to give it a try. Iâm not exaggerating, within one day, I noticed a difference. I started taking a quarter teaspoon twice a day and over about five days, the symptoms were 50% better. It took about a month for all the pain and problems to disappear, but those issues have stayed gone. Even areas in my hips where I had osteoarthritis, have significantly changed for the better. I make sure to get some magnesium in during the week, to help balance it. Iâve found that itâs easiest to tip a quarter measurement teaspoon onto my tongue, and then swallow with a gulp of water. I make sure I donât accidentally breath in the powder when I do this.

It used to dissolve easily. They’ve now added rice flour, it cakes, won’t dissolve, and is miserable to swallow. I emailed, they said “they have no control over what their supplier adds to the product.”. I’m throwing away half a bag, will go to capsules.

Arrived right on time…. very quickly.The calcium seem to mix right into my yougart and has no taste. I haven’t tried mixing it with any liquid so I don’t know about that. I’m sure it will take some time before I can tell if my bone like this product or not.Overall I’m very satisfied with this purchase.The zip on the pouch seem to be a little hard to close. But I put it in a zip lock baggie so no big deal.
