Great tool after knee replacement
After knee replacement, I was given a sheet with twice daily exercises I needed to do. This roll was my favorite thing to use to help straighten my leg. I could feel the back of my knee loosen every time I used it. Much better than the rolled up towel they had me use during PT. I believe this simple roll is what helped me walk within a week without pain and drive within three weeks of surgery.

Fit in suitcase/used after skiing
I packed this in my suitcase to use after skiing. I was able to toll out my hips, it band and neck. I donât know how long it will last or if it would compress with someone heavier, but it made it through 3 days of use for a 130# person.
