Well Worth the money
My husband had a horrible pinched nerve in his shoulder blade for months. He went to the chiropractor several times, and even got a massage. Still had issues. He ended up needing Physical Therapy for other issues, and asked the lady about it. She recommended getting this foam roller. When it arrived, I kinda laughed. But he immediately started doing the exercises she recommenced, and within a few days, he noticed a huge difference. He lays on it, where the roller goes from your neck to your butt. (that general area)
Long ways. Then slowly raise your arms above your head. Then put your arms out to the side. slowly. you can feel the Deep penetration of the roller into your deepest muscles! I used it too, it’s absolutely amazing!!
It really is a workout for our muscles. We love it so much!!

Goldy Locks!
Not as hard/stiff as some other rollers. Not so soft it is not effective. Itâs JUST RIGHT! There are others out there that may be a better balance of soft yet supportive, but they will be well above this price. Got a bargain Goldy Locks roller, this is the one!

Difficult to find a slightly softer roller I found. They were out of all the colors besides white.

Wonderful foam roll! Get two for lower back.
I use these almost every day to relieve back and shoulder tension and they are wonderful. I would actually recommend buying two – that’s what I did – because then it’s easy to roll my lower back, which I found quite hard with just one roll (having two means I can support my shoulders with one, and roll my lower back with the other). I think the firmness is just right with these, soft enough to be comfortable and firm enough to give a good deep massage. I got the first one from a physical therapist and then bought the second here. It’s fantastic to know that if I’m achy or tense there’s a solution right in my living room. I would highly recommend these foam rolls. Now if I could keep my 4yo from jumping on top of me while I’m rolling…

Good product
I sit at a computer all day and this helps stretch out my back and shoulders. It is firm but not to the point of hurting (for me anyway). Really relaxes those muscles and relieves the achiness I get from being hunched over a computer. I bought this roller years ago from a pilates studio I was going to and lost it during a move. Glad I found it here.

Excellent for Spinal support
I needed a foam roll that was not so soft that it wouldnât support my weight and not so hard that it was like laying on a rock. I needed a bit of give so that I could lay on my back down the length of it. This is perfect. I wish there was some kind of firmness standard for these things to make it easier to know what youâre buying before you get it. It worked out for me this time and I am very happy.

From the description, one would get the impression this is a softer roller. It has a very hard core with 1/4 inch soft foam over the overly firm core. Came in a box without packaging (bag) – so I received a returned item, or this seller is a very a environmentally thoughtful seller. I hope the latter.

Life saver. I use this at least twice a day and it has saved my back from seizing on numerous occasions. I highly recommend this one to anyone not wanting one of the extremely hard and painful rollers. However they seem to have raised the price since I purchased mine in May. But knowing how much it has saved me Iâd pay the higher price now

The Foam in this roller is just the right density to correct the Spinal Disc Alignment. One can use it vertical or Horizontal. I highly recommend this Roller for anyone with back Pain or Disc Degeneration.
