We have two male Beagle/Jack Russel terriers! Full of energy is an understatement! These collars are a life savor ! The bigger of the the two males was more aggressive, digging out of our fenced in yard, terrorizing neighbors with dogs, and was only 7 months old. Saw these collars and thought what do I have to loose and tried them. They were the best thing ever! Great Collar at an affordable price
This collar is working great. Our hound responds to it immediately. He was trained on a previous model so he understands what happens when he doesn’t listen. The previous model was replaced 3 times because it just stopped taking a charge. I’m hopeful, this brand won’t have that issue.I like the many settings for sound, vibrate or shock. So far we haven’t needed to use the shock feature.

Le petit + non négligeable de ce collier câest la fonction lumière, qui permet de repérer le chien dans la nuit sans avoir besoin de déclencher le son.Le chien ne remarque presque pas la présence du collier car très léger, et réagit bien aux déclenchement des différents modes, il comprend plus facilement les règles sans pour autant que ça le traumatise.Le câble USB double embout permet de charger en même temps le collier et la télécommande ce qui est très pratique.En somme, très bon produit que je recommande totalement.

Nous avons longuement hésité (et attendu) avant d’acheter ce type de gadget qu’on assimilait à un truc un peu sadique et cruel. Ce fut une vraie erreur.D’abord, notre chienne n’avait pas cessé certains comportements qui ont donc perduré plus de deux ans. Des comportements qui posaient problème à d’autres personnes, dâautres chiens, et qui mettaient notre chienne en situation d’insécurité. Pour faire court c’est une chienne très sportive et dynamique, qui fonce sur les autres chiens dans la forêt, voire, vers certaines personnes seules, et se montre hostile avec certaines chiennes de sa taille. Aucune morsure en plus de deux ans, mais des situations assez embarassantes. Il nous est arrivé de nous faire copieusement engueuler par des personnes très mécontentes.Donc on a fini par acheter cet appareil car :- il est bien noté- il présente 3 fonctions (la première la sonnerie, la deuxième, le vibreur et la troisième seulement, la décharge de courant électrique – réglable – et qu’en ultime recours)- il n’est vraiment pas cher, et pourtant de bonne qualitéBilan :- efficacité redoutable !!- nous n’avons JAMAIS utilisé la stimulation électrique- le premier jour, des bips et le vibreur (continuer tant que le chien que vous avez d’abord appelé n’est pas assis à vos pieds : de sorte que la gène ne s’arrête que lorsque le chien est enfin assis aux pieds : donc vous êtes perçu non pas comme l’origine de la gêne mais comme le sauveur….Ce point est évidemment très important)- notre chienne se comporte beaucoup mieux, elle guête où nous sommes, est plus vigilante et à lâécoute. Quand un chien inconnu apparait vous lui dites de marcher au pas. Elle écoute et ne fonce plus vers le chien.- de temps en temps, un petit bip suffit à la faire rappliquer illico si elle ne revient pas instantanément à votre demande. Donc pour l’instant je continue de lâavoir mais au pire, un bip sur une sortie de 1H en croisant 30 chiens et c’est tout…La révolution !!- la laisse n’est quasiment plus utile. Notre chienne (un animal musclé et puissant qui a énormément d’énergie) tirait sur la laisse, c’en était fatigant et cela créait un rapport de force…TERMINE. Le retour se fait sans la laisse. Plus de saccades au cou comme nous disait de le faire l’éducateur canin. Tout se fait en douceur. Elle reste à côté de vous au pas, c’est zen pour vous comme pour elle.- SURTOUT : il faut utiliser ce machin à bon escient, pour que le chien soit heureux et ait tendance à l’oublier. C’est à dire, ne presque pas l’utiliser (moi j’éteinds toujours la télécommande dans ma poche et ne l’allume qu’en cas de situation douteuse). Et aussi, il faut un protocole bien rodé, toujours le même. C’est d’abord votre parole que le chien écoute. Donc le chien doit obéir à vos ordres. C’est vraiment si un problème urgent et immédiat se pose, et que le chien n’écoute pas votre parole, que se justifie l’usage du BIP. Et ce n’est vraiment que si le bip ne suffit pas, que l’on passe au vibreur.Conclusion : Très bon produit, très efficace. Recommandé à 100% pour un maître sérieux et respectueux de son animal.
