Iâve been taking fish oil for at least five years now and when I saw this offered with a higher dosage, especially with the omega-3 portion, it was a no-brainer you canât go wrong by taking fish oil with omega-3âs very happy with my purchase

Quality supplements, check serving sizes
I have been taking fish oil supplements for several years and these supplements from Carlyle are similar in size and dosage of fish oil as the brand I normally consume. When I saw this bottle contained 200 softgels at a similar price, I was quick to order. After they arrived, I noticed the serving size with Carlyle supplements required me to take three softgels per day as opposed to just one to achieve those dosages. I have no issue with taking three softgels, however, this bottle will last just over 60 days while my normal brand lasts 90 days for nearly the same price making my normal brand a better value. Despite this, these are good supplements and provide me with what I want from a fish oil supplement. These also claim to be lemon flavored, but I swallow them whole so I donât taste anything at all. I experienced no side effects and no fishy aftertaste, which is always good in my opinion.Although I prefer taking just one softgel as opposed to three per day, Carlyle makes a good fish oil supplement and I would order again if I needed to.
