Hoping it does what it claims
This is easy for me to swallow and it hasn’t affected my stomach so far. My sleep quality is the same as it’s always been. The reason I bought this is because I heard that red marine algae is good for your bones. And the price of this one was reasonable. So I decided to try it since I was diagnosed with osteoporosis on my last bone density scan. I’m hoping that red marine algae will help reverse it like some others had claimed. I’m rotating this red algae with Bone strength since this one is much more affordable to me. But it doesn’t contain vitamin K or strontium. I won’t know the new results until next year in September when I get my next dexa scan since my insurance will only cover for every 2 years. If I remember I will update my review.

Good, key ingredients for bone health
This seems like a good supplement for bone health. It combines several key ingredients including vitamin D3 + K2, calcium, magnesium, and wholefood complex into one supplement that may help strength your bone. It is more than the regular D3 + K2 and calcium that I have been taking for bone support.
This comes in vegan caplets that are 3/4″ long and easy to swallow. The directions are to take 3 caplets a day, preferable with food. I have just started taking this in lieu of my regular bone support regiment. Only time will tell how good it is. Having said that, I like that it is vegan and non-GMO. Made in USA.
This comes in a clear, blue plastic bottle with a flip-top lid, cellophane-wrapped for protection. It contains 250 caplets, so it is approx. 83-day supply. 3 caplets per serving instead of my regular 2 isn’t too bad. At about $0.33 per serving, it is a pretty good value for the money. So far so good.

All in one
This bones Frank supplement really includes several supplements and minerals that I buy individually. For me this is a much more cost-effective solution versus buying each supplement in mineral individually. But most importantly I love that this calcium is derived from algae and not dairy. Also includes boron which I regularly take. More often than not we are getting far less amounts of boron than we should be getting in our diet. The farms are so over farmed that the boron content has really been reduced over the last couple of decades. I liked it this has vitamin d because you cannot absorb calcium without vitamin d. I also like that this magnesium is formality as well. I do really well taking these and this magnesium does not cause me to have loose stools. Another thing is I don’t take the three capsules daily. I’ve been taking two one day and alternating with one the following day. I just don’t feel like I need 900 mg of calcium. So because of my dosage I chosen this bottle will last for more than 6 months. What a deal right?
