Love love love
I love castor oil. Iâve used it for over a year now. This was my first time purchasing this one though. I love it. I never used a wrap before, just kinda laid still with the oil on me for a while. But this is a game changer. I can leave it on all night and wake up feeling like it really soaked into my skin. I do about the first thirty minutes with my heating pad on top to really heat up the product and get it to absorb. I also will wipe any leftovers on my hand onto my eyelashes and eyebrows and nothing else compares to how much this stuff makes them grow. Love!

This is the 3rd time I purchase pack (twice for me and once for my boyfriend.)Iâll start my review with the oil. This oil is superior to the other organic one Iâve tried from Heritage Store, (pink label). I find that this oil is quicker and more efficient than that one. And I would know. Iâve been applying the pack to my stomach area to heal my gut problems and this oil has immediate effects. The other one still works but it seems to be not as strong. Slower to heal my gut. So Iâm sticking with this oil for my refills. It is a smaller bottle than a full sized one but it can last a while. I overdid it with the oil at first. It doesnât always need more if the pack is well saturated.The pack itself is soft, comfortable and mostly easy to use. I like it. My only complaints are the buttons. Theyâre difficult to lock into place when you have to put the pack on a tricky area. Iâve also been using pack on my shoulder blade to help heal an injury. The pack/oil has been working but itâs a difficult to insert the buttons into the little wholes from that spot. Very awkward. I wish the buttons were replaced with clasps or even Velcro, anything else .Lastly, the neck piece is very awkward in terms of size. Doesnât seem like it would be used in neck although I have tried it a few times (for my thyroid, I have hypothyroidism .) Itâs so wide that it bends over and doesnât quite stay in place. Regardless, I would use on many knees and other areas. Even my neck. Could be better though. It also does not come with an insert for the neck piece. That would be great if it did. Iâll have to purchase a separate cloth for that.Regardless, overall the pack has been a lifesaver for my numerous health issues. Quality of life has greatly improved.

Great way to detox
I started castor oil packing recently as part of my holistic health journey. I’ve been using this at least 3 days per week before bed. I apply gentle heat over it as per the instructions. I believe it helps with overall wellness and certainly helps to promote parasympathetic relaxation before sleep. It’s important that castor oil is organic and hexane free.
