Great Vitamins!
These are great multivitamins for adults and a good value. The tablets are small and easy to take with water. Theyâre a good choice for maintaining oneâs overall health and energy. I like how they have more Vitamin C since it helps a ton with immunity. Iâd usually take Vitamin C separately with other vitamins but donât need to with these. Itâs great how theyâre also Non-GMO and gluten free.

Good solid choice for value multivitamin
Would have given 5 stars but like all inexpensive multivitamins the minerals are from non-organic sources. Multivitamins from all organic sources are very expensive. Great solution for value conscious shoppers. Like the fact they are one a day dosage. The label mentions not formulated for children.

I prefer a small size vitamin and this is a medium size in my opinion. It goes down without difficulty. There is always debate it vitamins in general work. I don’t know.

You really don’t know if they are doing anything since most of us don’t feel any different after taking them.
My conclusion: We take vitamins to feel better about ourselves for trying to do something healthy. I like feeling better about myself knowing I’m trying, so I’ll continue taking them daily.
