I bought these because I was tired of dealing with hot flashes, especially at night, and my doctor recommended that I start taking a multivitamin. The directions say it could take up to three months to notice a difference. After two months, I can definitely say that the hot flashes have decreased dramatically. I no longer get any at night, and just occasionally during the day. So worth it!

Unsure if this would work but willing to try anything. Horrible hot flashes 90% at night. Covers on for 10 minutes, then all covers off total body sweating 10 minutes, then repeatâ¦all night long. ð¥²After 6 weeks I am thrilled to say this seems to have helped. I still get warm a few times, but nothing a foot out of covers doesnât help with. That was normal.I did not buy the other 2.So I give this a thumbs up but only 4 stars as you can only buy these for 30 days at a time?? I get that you might want to try? I bought this about a month ago to see how it would affect perimenopause symptoms like hot flashes during the day and night. Mood swings and insomnia. I read that these types of supplements can take some time and you should be patient and take it for more than a month to truly see how it helps. Well I came to purchase a second 30 day supply, but they want to chat3 times the Amount i paid a month ago. That alone caused a hotflash and 3 mood swings and Iâll definitely be up overthinking it all night. Maybe itâs a sign from mother nature it was t meant to be and I should move on and try something else. Wish I could tell you all I had a great experience, but all I have is that nothing has changed except the insanely high price from what it was. Donât get me wrong I do not mind paying $50 for something that works and something that doesnât price gouge. Shouldnât be illegal! One start for not causing any extra issues while taking it.
