Good Quality
I’m only 58 but have an underlying health issue I have to address constantly so I’m very health aware with diet y exercise. I have an irregular diet so supplements are important for me. I researched as well have a very knowledgeable physician who I work closely with so we both agreed this is a great complete vitamin for my needs. I find I have more energy, my immune system y lab results are much better y stronger.
The con is these are like horse pills. They aren’t easy to swallow and should be taken by themselves….they always get stuck in my throat when I try to take all my other meds y supplements at once. The taste is minimal. I’d suggest this brand without reservations

Absorbs more of vitamin in your stomach
It’s not a hard pill. Can break in half without needing a pistol and mortar, unlike generic copy’s. To me, it seems to digest easier.

Do they really help your memory?
The ads make it sound like Prevagen. In fact, I’m skeptical of that too. Nevertheless, I like thinking I’m replacing nutrients in my diet. No iron deficiency. No scurvy. No B vitamin deficiency. I could go on. Amazon has the best deal if you make a daily habit of optimism.
