I have issues with lotion, I’m very sensitive to textures so I avoid it whenever I can because I just don’t like the way it feels, sometimes they’re sticky, too runny, too thick or smell weird. CeraVe lotions are the only ones I can tolerate & love! Originally recommended by my dermatologist for eczema, KP & psoriasis they’re now my go to brand. I’ve tried Amlactin but they smell harsh & are too strong for my skin. This lotion is perfect for moisturizing while helping to soften & exfoliate that rough skin. It’s gentle enough for everyday and I’ve used it on my face & in my hairline for my scalp psoriasis. (Sensitive people should always do a spot test.) The texture is spot on, it’s not too thick or too watery. It is pricier than some other brands but totally worth it. I love the SA body & face wash that they make also.

Good for aging skin
CeraVe products are terrific and I expected that from this but due to the pump itâs not as thick as it is in their tub. But it is moisturizing – especially on aging skin and the scent is a pleasant one – not perfume like. A conveniently packaged product but I prefer the thicker version in the tub.

Perfect for chafing!
My oldest daughter plays volleyball and recently has had irritation on her inner thighs which could possibly be chafing. Just after two days of using this lotion no more red bumps! Not only does this cure but it also prevents, super impressed!

I have always had texture on my cheeks and forehead. Not even acne – just small bumps. I was so close to trying the âHead and Shouldersâ shampoo method but because I use Cerave for everything else in my skincare, I decided to try this first.When I tell you the day after the FIRST application all of the texture on my face was gone, it was GONE. My cheeks have actually never felt so smooth and soft. I even applied some on my legs after shaving and thereâs a noticeable different in redness and bumps (even so around pubic area!)Everyoneâs skin is different but I could cry because of how well this worked/works for me. It doesnât feel sticky but a little goes a LONG way. I even feel properly moisturized after. (I use the Cerave hydration cream cleanser and Cerave hydration toner and think Iâve finally found the perfect moisturizer to pair with those)
