Bought this for my six month old baby after noticing that she liked seeing photos of other babies in books and magazines. She loves this sturdy little book featuring a bunch of different baby faces. The 90s photos and typography have hung on so long that theyâre now charmingly retro (much as it pains my millennial ego to admit) but the appeal of baby faces, simply labeled with one or two words, is timeless.

Good concept, terrible pictures
Big Edit: baby absolutely loves this book. We have at least a dozen books of just baby faces and next to lovevery books, this one is his hands down favorite. Itâs the simplicity of face on white background and nothing else. Why do other books over complicate it with busy backgrounds etc? Anyway, still taking a star off for outdated quality of images. But this book does the job.This book is on all the must have lists for babies and the concept is great. But itâs copyrighted in the late 90s and I donât think they updated these photos at all since that time. All the faces are in soft focus with horrible orange blurry skin and barely discernible detail. Itâs really dismaying that in this age of optics technology nobody bothered to replace the book of only IMAGES with, well, better quality images.
