Dead tablet
I got this for my sonâs birthday. We charged it up and he played on it for about a half hour before it started resetting itself. I thought maybe the battery was dying so I went to charge it again. But it was fully charged. Then it stopped resetting itself and wonât turn on at all. I emailed the email we were given in the package and told them what happened. They simply replied with âextended charging â like thatâs really going to help any. The tablet is completely dead, wonât charge and is honestly a piece of crap.

My kids love the cover so much and so do I for that matter. Itâs like a fidget to play with. But it comes with all great educational fun games loaded on it! The battery lasts for hours. I think this is money much more well spent compared to the amazon fire.

Our daughter likes it, but it also causes some frustration navigating the app that comes with it. Battery life kind of sucks, it doesn’t last very long. Also there’s an older version of Android on there that can’t be upgraded. I think it’s 9 or 10, would be nice if it were able to have a current release on it. For kid stuff, it’s ok, I would just sign in or create a Google account that you can put other games on it. It is nice that the downloaded games can be played offline.

I really liked this tablet at the beginning but it never really worked properly. Started having issues when it came right out of the box. 2 months later and it doesn’t work at all anymore and only has worked maybe 30% of the time. I have tried everything to try to get a replacement and Amazon also is not helpful at all. Emailed and have gotten no response. I’m fed up and very angry that I wasted my money to basically be scammed and nobody wants to do anything to help fix the issue

Overall, for the price, it seems ok. I want to just play with the toddler. If they break it, at least they are not breaking my iphone!Trust me, I knew this was not going to be IPAD equivalent, or even close.The price was so low, (32.99), that I took a chance on getting one.It does NOT come with a wall plug in adapter. It only comes with a USB Charge Cord.The instructions are NOT the best,and the tablet is not self-intuitive.I am not a geek or young person, but for an old grandma, I can get myself around the device to get to the settings feature. That to me was the trickiest, to get out of KID mode and just get to adult mode to set up wifi, and make changes. I would enter my password and hit enter and be back right where I was before. It took me a few times to get to just figure out how to add wifi.When I put in parental password and try to change a setting or understand something, it brings me back to kid mode. I almost have to try 3 times to just stay in adult mode and figure it out. I am still learning.Also – have to read, or self-figure it out, how to play music. It says it will only play with headphones plugged in. I just wanted to play kids music. kids learn from music, and I wanted it to play so we could sing together.I am not a fan of the case. I like that it stands up, but it is wobbly when holding it.
